Today I ran with the Premier Sports Marathoner in Training (MIT) group - we went thirteen miles. I'm enjoying these shorter runs (yes, thirteen miles is short), but it remains to be seen how motivated I'll be when the runs start getting longer.

I've run four marathons, doing my long runs with the Premier Sports MIT group and my runs during the week on the treadmills at LifeTime Fitness in Easton. I'm very grateful to Jeff Glaze, my friend and founder of Premier Sports, for the MIT Program. Without Jeff, I don't think the thought of running a marathon would have ever occurred to me. I don't think I'll keep running marathons forever, but maybe I have one more in me - I'm not sure.
